The advisers are supported by Alison, Melissa and Carol who are on hand to assist advisers and their clients, providing administrative support including answering client queries, preparing the required documents and forms for clients, liaising with product providers as well as implementing strategies on behalf of the advisers.

Alison’s role at Longevity Retirement Planning also includes providing operational and compliance support to the Directors as well as overseeing the day to day running of the office and practice.

Experience & Qualifications

Alison has been in the Financial Planning industry since 2000, in both large and small businesses.  Her areas of experience include paraplanning, compliance oversight as well as practice management gleaned prior to joining Longevity Retirement Planning in February 2019.  She has a Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Financial Planning.

Melissa has been in the Financial Planning industry since 2003, starting out in reception and progressing to administration, paraplanning and has also provided personal advice to clients.   Her areas of expertise include paraplanning and client interaction.

Carol joined us to provide additional support as we continue to grow; she provides paraplanning and administration support to the advisers and is continuing to learn about the financial planning industry.
